Dort haben wir einen ganzen Bereich des Ateliers dem Action Painting gewidmet\, in dem Ihr Euch sorglos mit Pinseln\, Spritzpistolen und weiteren Utensilien austoben könnt. Unsere Künstlerin Shima startet mit einer kurzen Erklärung von Grundlagen und Techniken und lässt Euch dann direkt an einem ersten Probewerk experimentieren (30 x 40cm Leinwand). Mit der gewonnen Erfahrung geht es dann an Euer zweites Werk auf einer bespannten Leinwand (1 Stk 40x50cm Leinwand inklusive). \n Das Event ist für jeden geeignet – es werden keine Vorkenntnisse vorausgesetzt\n Inklusive Bereitstellung von Schutzkleidung (Maler-Overall\, Schutzbrille). Experience a liberating and creative time-out with Action Painting.\nWe have been wanting to offer you this workshop for quite some time now. With the new studio at Limmatstrasse 73\, it’s finally here. At this studio we have dedicated an entire area of the studio to Action Painting\, where you can let off steam with brushes\, spray guns and other utensils. Our artist Shima will start with a short explanation of basics and techniques and then let you experiment directly on a first test piece (30 x 40cm canvas). After that you can apply what you’ve discovered to your second work on a regular wood-frame canvas (1 pc 40x50cm canvas included). \n The event is suitable for everyone – no previous experience is required.\n We provide protective clothing (painter’s overalls\, goggles). DESCRIPTION:  \n— Künstler / Artist — \n[tlpteam id=”25473″ title=”Rolando”]\n— English — \nEnjoy a Fun and Colorful Evening in Zurich!\nCreativity Workshop is a painting workshop series to introduce the basic techniques of Modern Abstract Painting. Abstract painting is a wonderful gateway for satisfying artistic expression. You can work with colors\, dots\, lines\, shapes and textures and create a personal visual rhythm in a painting but you can also feel free and work in the intuitive way\, gestural\, you also can explore all different kinds of techniques. \nThe workshop series include four sections: Grisaille\, Layering\, Blending and Sgraffito \, at each section you will learn a specific technique which will help you to achieve a new level for your abstract learning process …… on every second Monday\, Rolando\, our friend\, host and artist from Cuba is looking forward to assist you to enjoy this new creative experience. You don’t necessarily need to participate the workshops in sequence. Every workshop is an individual section. \nAbout Today’s workshop – Layering  \nLayering is a system for creating artistic paintings that involve the use of more than one coat of paint.\nTo capture rich depth and atmosphere in paintings\, it is common to use layering techniques\, applying one layer over another\, until the desired effect is achieved. The process of layering while painting makes it easy to add surface texture\, subtle color changes\, and tangible depth. \nThis event is limited to a maximum of 10 people per session to ensure a calm atmosphere and optimal guidance. \nFind more about Rolando’s work here. \nPlease note: This is not a typical “guided event”. There will be no step-by-step instructions for a particular painting. Instead\, Rolando will show you techniques and tricks and encourage you to paint intuitively and freely. DESCRIPTION:— Deutsch — \nErstelle Dein ganz persönliches Möbelstück\nWir freuen uns sehr\, Euch diesen Workshop mit unserer Gastkünstlerin Anastasia Sakarai anbieten zu dürfen. In diesem Workshop gibt Anastasia ihre langjährige Erfahrung im Kunstharzgiessen an Euch weiter und leitet Euch an\, wie ihr einen Beistelltisch veredelt und personalisiert. Ein Tisch\, hochwertiger MasterCast Kunstharz\, Pigmente und alles was sonst noch benötig wird ist im Ticketpreis inbegriffen. \nInfo zum Tisch: Der Tisch hat eine Höhe von 49.5 cm und die Platte einen Durchmesser von ca. 38 cm und entspricht der Abbildung oben. Wir haben ein begrenzte Auswahl an Varianten mit braunem (siehe Abbildung) oder weissem Gestell verfügbar. Farbpräferenzen können wir nicht garantieren. Bei einer starken Präferenz für die eine oder andere Farbe\, meldet Euch bitte frühzeitig\, dann können wir versuchen Euch die gewünschte Farbe definitiv zu reservieren. \nInfos zum Arbeiten mit Resin: Obwohl wir Schürzen und Handschuhe bereitstellen\, besteht beim Arbeiten mit Kunstharz (Resin) ein gewisses Restrisiko für die Kleidung\, daher empfehlen wir Euch nicht gerade mit Eurem Lieblings-T-Shirt zu kommen. Ein tolles und spannendes Medium\, das dein Bild sofort interessanter macht. Die Elemente der Kunst sind Linie\, Form\, Komposition\, Raum\, Farbe und TEXTUR. Das letzte wird mit der Strukturpaste erzielt. \nIn diesem Kurs zeigt Angelika dir\, wie man die Pasten aufträgt\, mit Spachtel\, Messer oder Pinsel. Spatula\, knife and paintbrush are the tools and there are different kind of pastes like pumice\, soft gel\, Glas bead gel etc. After you apply this wonderful medium \,you paint with acrylic or even watercolor over it. Dort haben wir einen ganzen Bereich des Ateliers dem Action Painting gewidmet\, in dem Ihr Euch sorglos mit Pinseln\, Spritzpistolen und weiteren Utensilien austoben könnt. Unsere Künstlerin Eliza startet mit einer kurzen Erklärung von Grundlagen und Techniken und lässt Euch dann direkt an einem ersten Probewerk experimentieren (30 x 40cm Leinwand). Mit der gewonnen Erfahrung geht es dann an Euer zweites Werk auf einer bespannten Leinwand (1 Stk 40x50cm Leinwand inklusive). \n Das Event ist für jeden geeignet – es werden keine Vorkenntnisse vorausgesetzt\n Inklusive Bereitstellung von Schutzkleidung (Maler-Overall\, Schutzbrille). Sie zeigt vor\, wie die Strukturpasten und das Salz mit Acrylfarbe und Tinte eingefärbt werden und mit dem Spachtel in den zuvor gemalten Farbverlauf hinein gearbeitet werden. Die verschiedensten Strukturen; trocken bis flüssig\, fein bis grobkörnig\, matt bis glänzend\, bieten alle eine zusätzliche faszinierende\, haptische und etwas dreidimensionale Ebene zur Farbkomposition und Formgebung. Bei der abstrakten Malerei spielt die eigene Farbpalette eine wichtige Rolle und wird hier in der seriellen Arbeitsweise auf zwei Leinwänden von der Künstlerin angeleitet\, individuell erarbeitet. Eingefärbte Struktur-Schichten werden solange hinzugefügt\, bis die Kompositionen stimmig werden. Die Werke können schlussendlich an etwas ganz Natürliches wie zum Beispiel Gesteine in den Gebirgen oder an Rost-Effekte erinnern\, bleiben aber natürlich ein sehr offenes abstraktes Bild.  \nDies ist kein klassischer PaintEvent für ein bestimmtes Bild mit Schritt für Schritt Anweisungen. Stattdessen wird Angelika diese Technik so erklären\, dass Sie zwei ganz eigene Bilder auf Leinwand kreieren können und sich während diesem meditativen Prozess erden und ihrer Kreativität Freiraum geben können. \n Der Event ist für jeden geeignet\, es werden keine Vorkenntnisse vorausgesetzt.\n Alle Materialien werden von uns bereitgestellt und sind im Preis inbegriffen.\n 2 Leinwände (20x20cm und 30x40cm) und alle Materialien werden von uns bereitgestellt und sind im Preis inbegriffen.\n Der Event wird auf Deutsch und Englisch geleitet. She demonstrates how the structural pastes and salt are colored with acrylic paint and ink and added with the spatula into the previously painted color gradient. The wide variety of textures possible; dry to liquid\, fine to coarse grained\, matte to glossy\, all offer an additional fascinating\, tactile and  a bit three-dimensional layer to the color composition and shaping. In abstract painting\, one’s own color palette plays an important role and is here individually focused on in the serial way of working on two canvases guided by the artist. Colored structure layers are added until the compositions become coherent. The works can finally remind of something very natural such as rocks in the mountains or rust effects\, but of course they remain open abstract paintings.  \nThis is not a classic PaintEvent for a specific motive with step by step instructions. Instead\, Angelika will explain this technique in a way that you can create your very own paintings on canvas and\, most importantly\, be able to ground yourself during this meditative like process and just let your creativity flow.  \n The event is suitable for everyone\, no previous experience is required.\n All Painting Materials Provided and Included in the Ticket Price.\n 2 canvases (20×20 and 30x40cm) and all materials will be provided by us and are included in the price\n Material: structure pastes from Gerstaecker and high quality acrylic paints from Fleury-Art.ch and acrylic inks\n Language: depending on the group English or German\n You can take your paintings home in a paper bag (dried paintings) or a pizza box (wet paintings)\n We will start the instructions at 11AM\, please come a few minutes ahead of time. You can work with colors\, dots\, lines\, shapes and textures and create a personal visual rhythm in a painting but you can also feel free and work in the intuitive way\, gestural\, you also can explore all different kinds of techniques. \nThe workshop series include six sections: Grisaille\, Layering\, Blending\, Sgraffito\, Stippling and Wet on Wet\, at each section you will learn a specific technique which will help you to achieve a new level for your abstract learning process …… on every second Monday\, Rolando\, our friend\, host and artist from Cuba is looking forward to assist you to enjoy this new creative experience.You don’t necessarily need to participate the workshops in sequence. Every workshop is an individual section. \nAbout Today’s workshop –Stippling \nStippling is a great dotting technique where you add your paint in dots onto your canvas or surface. To create these dots of color you can use multiple types of tools from q-tips\, the backside of your paint brush handle\, paint markers or specialized dotting tools. \nThis event is limited to a maximum of 10 people per session to ensure a calm atmosphere and optimal guidance. \nFind more about Rolando’s work here. \nPlease note: This is not a typical “guided event”. There will be no step-by-step instructions for a particular painting. Instead\, Rolando will show you techniques and tricks and encourage you to paint intuitively and freely.
