You can work with colors\, dots\, lines\, shapes and textures and create a personal visual rhythm in a painting but you can also feel free and work in the intuitive way\, gestural\, you also can explore all different kinds of techniques. \nThe workshop series include six sections: Grisaille\, Layering\, Blending\, Sgraffito\, Stippling and Wet on Wet\, at each section you will learn a specific technique which will help you to achieve a new level for your abstract learning process …… on every second Monday\, Rolando\, our friend\, host and artist from Cuba is looking forward to assist you to enjoy this new creative experience.You don’t necessarily need to participate the workshops in sequence. Every workshop is an individual section. \nAbout Today’s workshop –Stippling \nStippling is a great dotting technique where you add your paint in dots onto your canvas or surface. To create these dots of color you can use multiple types of tools from q-tips\, the backside of your paint brush handle\, paint markers or specialized dotting tools. \nThis event is limited to a maximum of 10 people per session to ensure a calm atmosphere and optimal guidance. \nFind more about Rolando’s work here. \nPlease note: This is not a typical “guided event”. There will be no step-by-step instructions for a particular painting. Instead\, Rolando will show you techniques and tricks and encourage you to paint intuitively and freely. Also\, this event takes place during our studio opening hours\, we might have some open painting guests as well at the other table. \n No prior Painting experience necessary\, we’ll provide options for all levels\n 1 canvas and all Painting Materials Provided and Included in the Ticket Price. DESCRIPTION:  \nArtist/Host \n[tlpteam id=”25488″ title=”Ana”]\n“Go with the flow” – FLUID PAINTING WORKSHOP\nAlso known as acrylic pouring\, paint pouring\, flow art\, liquid art.etc \n It is a form of abstract art that uses acrylic paints with a runny (fluid) consistency. The acrylic paints react with each other when combined together  to make interesting and visually organic motifs. Fluid acrylics can be used on many types of substrates and in many different forms such as pouring\, dripping\, swirling\,  and many other effects. Fluid art opens up a lot of possibilities and is definitely worth exploring.\nFree-flowing liquid paints and mediums are at the heart of the pouring process. Adjusting the viscosity and flow rate to work in tandem with how you want the paints to interact with each other is key.\n​In this course I will teach you : \n\nSupplies you need to start Fluid Painting\nWorkplace / preparation\nDifferent Pouring Mediums (additives for good flow characteristics)\nUse of silicone – mixing technique and impact\nPaint Consistency \nPaint Transparency (opacity of the paints / effects)\nChoosing the right colors\nDifferent techniques (12 ) that I use like: dirty pour\, flip cup\, string\, swipe technique and more. In this Workshop\, Ana will show you 3 techniques: Flower Pour\, Deep Pour\, Chain Pulling. In diesem Workshop zeigt Ihnen unsere Künstlerin Anastasia die grundlegenden Techniken\, wie man trockene Gegenstände oder Farben mit Harz versiegelt. Es ist ein einfacher Prozess\, bei dem Schichten von Harz in die Silikonform gegossen werden und getrocknete Blumen oder Früchte und sogar Farbe hineingelegt werden. \nWir bieten Ihnen getrocknete Blumen\, Früchte und verschiedene Farben an\, aber Sie können auch Ihre eigenen Gegenstände mitbringen (die Gegenstände müssen vollständig getrocknet sein und eine flache Form von nicht mehr als 5 mm haben). \nIn diesem Workshop lernen Sie:  \nGrundvoraussetzungen für die Arbeit mit Harz\, Aufbewahrung von Trockenblumen\, Vorbereitung\, Gießeigenschaften\, Berechnung des Harzflusses\, Technik zum Entfernen von Blasen\, verschiedene Techniken zum Erzeugen von Eiseffekten und Mattieren\, Abschlussschicht usw. \n* Wenn Ihr lieber etwas Abstrakteres kreieren möchtet\, schaut Euch bitte den LUCENT-Workshop der Künstlerin Janka Stemmle in unserem Veranstaltungskalender an. Erlebe beim Action Painting eine befreiende und kreative Auszeit\nDiesen Workshop wollen wir Euch bereits seit geraumer Zeit anbieten. Mit dem neuen Studio an der Zeughausstrasse 31 ist es jetzt endlich so weit. Dort haben wir einen ganzen Bereich des Ateliers dem Action Painting gewidmet\, in dem Ihr Euch sorglos mit Pinseln\, Spritzpistolen und weiteren Utensilien austoben könnt. Unsere Künstlerin Eliza startet mit einer kurzen Erklärung von Grundlagen und Techniken und lässt Euch dann direkt an einem ersten Probewerk experimentieren (30 x 40cm Leinwand). Mit der gewonnen Erfahrung geht es dann an Euer zweites Werk auf einer bespannten Leinwand (1 Stk 40x50cm Leinwand inklusive). \n Das Event ist für jeden geeignet – es werden keine Vorkenntnisse vorausgesetzt\n Inklusive Bereitstellung von Schutzkleidung (Maler-Overall\, Schutzbrille). Experience a liberating and creative time-out with Action Painting.\nWe have been wanting to offer you this workshop for quite some time now. With the new studio at Zeughausstrasse 31\, it’s finally here. At this studio we have dedicated an entire area of the studio to Action Painting\, where you can let off steam with brushes\, spray guns and other utensils. Our artist Eliza will start with a short explanation of basics and techniques and then let you experiment directly on a first test piece (30 x 40cm canvas). After that you can apply what you’ve discovered to your second work on a regular wood-frame canvas (1 pc 40x50cm canvas included). \n The event is suitable for everyone – no previous experience is required.\n We provide protective clothing (painter’s overalls\, goggles). Nevertheless we recommend that you do not come in your finest clothing.\n Please bring a pair of old socks or accept that your socks will be a bit colored.\n Included materials: 1 pc. 30x40cm canvas for practice. 1 pc. 40x50cm wood-frame canvas. During a PaintEvent one of our local artists supports you in creating your very own masterpiece (for your to take home). The goal is to create a fun and stress-free environment for you to slow down and let your creativity flow.
