Dort haben wir einen ganzen Bereich des Ateliers dem Action Painting gewidmet\, in dem Ihr Euch sorglos mit Pinseln\, Spritzpistolen und weiteren Utensilien austoben könnt. Unsere Künstlerin startet mit einer kurzen Erklärung von Grundlagen und Techniken und lässt Euch dann direkt an einem ersten Probewerk experimentieren (30 x 40cm Leinwand). Mit der gewonnen Erfahrung geht es dann an Euer zweites Werk auf einer bespannten Leinwand (1 Stk 40x50cm Leinwand inklusive). \n  \n • Das Event ist für jeden geeignet – es werden keine Vorkenntnisse vorausgesetzt \n• Inklusive Bereitstellung von Schutzkleidung (Maler-Overall\, Schutzbrille). Experience a liberating and creative time-out with Action Painting.\nWe have been wanting to offer you this workshop for quite some time now. With the new studio at Limmatstrasse 73\, it’s finally here. At this studio we have dedicated an entire area of the studio to Action Painting\, where you can let off steam with brushes\, spray guns and other utensils. Our artist will start with a short explanation of basics and techniques and then let you experiment directly on a first test piece (30 x 40cm canvas). After that you can apply what you’ve discovered to your second work on a regular wood-frame canvas (1 pc 40x50cm canvas included). \n  \n • The event is suitable for everyone – no previous experience is required. \n• We provide protective clothing (painter’s overalls\, goggles). Nevertheless we recommend that you do not come in your finest clothing. \n• Please bring a pair of old socks or accept that your socks will be a bit colored. \n•  Included materials: 1 pc. 30x40cm canvas for practice. 1 pc. 40x50cm wood-frame canvas. All paints and utensils. \n• Upgrade Options: Want to create larger artworks or additional ones? Check out our UPGRADE pricelist for action painting. Upgrades to 50x70cm are generally always possible; larger formats might not be possible in fully booked sessions but you can always check with your artist. \n• Duration: approx. 2 to 2.5h \n• Note: Most likely your artworks won’t be dry enough to be safely transported at the end of the session. You can create both pretty and practical pieces such as coasters. But be warned – it can be addictive!  You’ll love watching the inks react with the resin to make the intricate shapes and details. It’s a very relaxing process. \nOur class will cover the basics of the resin and alcohol ink techniques and inspire you to go on and create your own amazing mini artworks. Stare into the intricate details and it’s like the whole galaxy right there in your resin. Or like looking at life under the microscope. People really are fascinated by how these look\, and you will be too. \nEven if you’ve never used resin or alcohol inks before\, everything you need to know is covered in the class. DESCRIPTION:  \n— English — \n  \nThe meaning of a Mandala depends on color\, geometric elements and culture. The goal of the Mandala is to serve as a tool on our spiritual journey as it symbolizes cosmic and psychic order. \nIn many spiritual practices\, a Mandala represents the entire Universe. In more modern Jungian psychology\, the symbol stands for an effort to reunify the self. \nThe “sacred circle” of the Mandala is found throughout nature and in most aspects of our lives. The universe is permeated with circles and spirals – from the plants\, the sun and its orbital/spiral nature\, the cycle of the seasons\, flowers\, seeds\, trees\, and so much more – even down to the cell itself and the orbital nature of the atoms. \nDrawing and painting your Mandala is about connecting with your inner being and letting yourself guided by whatever wants to get into the light. \nDesigning your own Mandala is a beautiful way of entering an altered state of consciousness. Benefits include an increased sense of wellbeing\, calmness\, clarity\, emotional stability\, wholeness\, creativity and understanding. Mandalas are also said to carry their own special kind of vibrational energy. Therefore\, they can be used for the enhancement of mental\, emotional\, physical and spiritual health. \nAdditionally\, it is said that the Mandala has a healing energy that it gives off and can be measured 10 feet out. Many people state\, “I don’t know what it is – I just feel a calmness in looking at this (Mandala).” Perhaps that is the part of connection to “wholeness” within. Some Mandalas are specifically for the ‘concentration’ or ‘focus’ on them – a form of meditation\, which is\, once again\, for the quiet and healing aspects that come from reconnection to one’s true Self. \nLearning how to draw your own Mandala is a deeply absorbing\, meditative practice. Not only does it unleash your inner artist\, but creating your own Mandala can produce deeper insights into your life. \nLearn how to let go of preconceived ideas about what your Mandala is supposed to look like\, and simply allow your intuition and curiosity to lead the way. \n\nHighlights:\n\n\nDrawing and Painting\, use the Compass /Zirkel\, Create Patterns\, choose colors \n\n\nLearn how to start end develop a Mandala design \n\n\nLearn how to apply golden leaf on your Mandala/paintings \n\n\nConnect with body\, mind and spirit before we start painting \n\n\nExplore the intention behind your Mandala \n\n\nExpress your feelings and emotions through symbols \n\n\nCreate your personal and unique meditation tool \n\n\nThis is not a typical “guided event”. Dort haben wir einen ganzen Bereich des Ateliers dem Action Painting gewidmet\, in dem Ihr Euch sorglos mit Pinseln\, Spritzpistolen und weiteren Utensilien austoben könnt. Unsere Künstlerin startet mit einer kurzen Erklärung von Grundlagen und Techniken und lässt Euch dann direkt an einem ersten Probewerk experimentieren (30 x 40cm Leinwand). Mit der gewonnen Erfahrung geht es dann an Euer zweites Werk auf einer bespannten Leinwand (1 Stk 40x50cm Leinwand inklusive). \n  \n • Das Event ist für jeden geeignet – es werden keine Vorkenntnisse vorausgesetzt \n• Inklusive Bereitstellung von Schutzkleidung (Maler-Overall\, Schutzbrille). Experience a liberating and creative time-out with Action Painting.\nWe have been wanting to offer you this workshop for quite some time now. With the new studio at Limmatstrasse 73\, it’s finally here. At this studio we have dedicated an entire area of the studio to Action Painting\, where you can let off steam with brushes\, spray guns and other utensils. Our artist will start with a short explanation of basics and techniques and then let you experiment directly on a first test piece (30 x 40cm canvas). After that you can apply what you’ve discovered to your second work on a regular wood-frame canvas (1 pc 40x50cm canvas included). \n  \n • The event is suitable for everyone – no previous experience is required. \n• We provide protective clothing (painter’s overalls\, goggles). Nevertheless we recommend that you do not come in your finest clothing. \n• Please bring a pair of old socks or accept that your socks will be a bit colored. \n•  Included materials: 1 pc. 30x40cm canvas for practice. 1 pc. 40x50cm wood-frame canvas. All paints and utensils. \n• Upgrade Options: Want to create larger artworks or additional ones? Check out our UPGRADE pricelist for action painting.
