Wir bestaunen die Schönheit der Teeblätter und verkosten den Tee achtsam über Duft\, Aroma und Textur.\nZu Beginn führen wir dich durch einfache Atemübungen (Pranayama)\, die den Geist beruhigen und innere Klarheit wecken. Sie bereiten dich darauf vor\, die Teeerfahrung mit allen Sinnen zu genießen. Ein kurzes Ritual des Innehaltens hilft dir zudem\, dich mit dir selbst und der Gruppe zu verbinden – während du diese meditative Praxis kostest. Mit Tee-Intus wirst du angeleitet\, meditative Enso-Kreise zu malen.
