Enjoy a Fun and Colorful Afternoon in Zurich!

Abstract painting with acrylics is a wonderful gateway for satisfying artistic expression you can work with colors, dots, lines, shapes and textures and create a personal visual rhythm in a painting but you can also feel free and work in the intuitive way, gestural, you also can explore the layering techniques. Beside the fun and relaxing part, what is the creativity workshop about? It is not our goal to get through a first step becoming a professional artist, neither is our intention to make you paint the new definition of modern art. We want to make painting and creating more accessible for everybody, by providing an inspiring (“artsy”) environment where people can slow down, unwind and express themselves with no aim for performance. We believe that an environment as such is an ideal one to unleash your creativity. Rolando, who is been an artist and a teacher for over 40 years, is looking forward to assist you to enjoy this unique experience.

This is not a typical “guided event”. There will be no step-by-step instructions for a particular painting. Instead, Rolando will show you some techniques and tricks and encourage you to paint intuitively and freely.

No prior Painting experience necessary, we’ll provide options for all levels We support you in exploring all kind of painting tools, such as sponges, palette knifes, different kind of paint brushes and many other things you can find in the painting studio! One canvas and all Painting Materials Provided and Included in the Ticket Price. Our standard canvas size is 30x40cm, but you are welcome to pick another size (e.g. 40x50cm, round 40cm, square 40cm) for no extra cost Additional Canvas available at the studio (10-20Fr, paint incl.) Language of Instruction: English & Español. BYOB, Glasses available. Free tea & Coffee!
