Our workshop is to use this character to create a superimposed effect\, forming abundant layers\, making the painting light and elegant without a decorous feeling. With a little bit skill and time\, the beauty and softness of the object will be fully showed as your own artwork. \nOlivia creates traditional Chinese art with western medium and techniques. Find out more about her artworks here. \n • No Prior Painting Experience Necessary – We will offer you the option to trace the shapes and the composition\, but of course you’re welcome to draw everything freely before adding watercolors. Bei einem PaintEvent erstellst du mit der Unterstützung von lokalen Künstlern dein eigenes Kunstwerk\, das du am Ende des Abends mit nach Hause nimmst. Im Vordergrund stehen Entspannung\, die Freude am Malen und die Entfaltung deiner Kreativität. \nZum Workshop: \nSchon mit Strukturpasten gearbeitet? Ein tolles und spannendes Medium\, das dein Bild sofort interessanter macht. Die Elemente der Kunst sind Linie\, Form\, Komposition\, Raum\, Farbe und TEXTUR. Das letzte wird mit der Strukturpaste erzielt. \nIn diesem Kurs zeigt Angelika dir\, wie man die Pasten aufträgt\, mit Spachtel\, Messer oder Pinsel. Welche verschiedenen Strukturpasten es gibt\, feine oder grobe Körnung\, Pumice oder Pasten mit Glasteilchen. Alles was dein Herz begehrt. These structural pastes are a wonderful and exciting medium to make your painting more interesting. The element of arts are line\, shape\, form\, space \, color and TEXTURE. The structural paste will give you immediately texture. \nIn this class\, Angelika shows how to work with this medium. Spatula\, knife and paintbrush are the tools and there are different kind of pastes like pumice\, soft gel\, Glas bead gel etc. After you apply this wonderful medium \,you paint with acrylic or even watercolor over it. Enjoy your creativity! \nImportant: This is NOT a step by step guided event\, we would introduce the techniques related to this abstract art\, but there is no guarantee the result will be exactly like the cover painting. \n • No Prior Painting Experience Necessary \n• If there are any beginners\, we will start the event with a short introduction about acrylic painting! \n• 2 Canvas (30x40cm; 20x20cm) and all Painting Materials provided and included in the Ticket Price \n• Please note that one of the canvases needs to stay at PaintLounge overnight to dry. DESCRIPTION:— Deutsch —(EN below) \n\nUnd… ACTION! Erlebe beim Action Painting eine befreiende und kreative Auszeit\nDiesen Workshop wollen wir Euch bereits seit geraumer Zeit anbieten. Mit dem neuen Studio an der Limmatstrasse 73 ist es jetzt endlich so weit. Dort haben wir einen ganzen Bereich des Ateliers dem Action Painting gewidmet\, in dem Ihr Euch sorglos mit Pinseln\, Spritzpistolen und weiteren Utensilien austoben könnt. Unsere Künstlerin Shima startet mit einer kurzen Erklärung von Grundlagen und Techniken und lässt Euch dann direkt an einem ersten Probewerk experimentieren (30 x 40cm Leinwand). Mit der gewonnen Erfahrung geht es dann an Euer zweites Werk auf einer bespannten Leinwand (1 Stk 40x50cm Leinwand inklusive). \n • Das Event ist für jeden geeignet – es werden keine Vorkenntnisse vorausgesetzt \n• Inklusive Bereitstellung von Schutzkleidung (Maler-Overall\, Schutzbrille). Dennoch empfehlen wir Euch\, nicht in Eurer feinsten Kleidung zu kommen. \n• Bitte bringt ein Paar alte Socken oder nehmt in Kauf\, dass Eure Socken etwas farbig werden. \n• Inklusivmaterial: 1 Stk. 30x40cm Leinwand zum Üben. 1 Stk. 40x50cm Leinwand. Experience a liberating and creative time-out with Action Painting.\nWe have been wanting to offer you this workshop for quite some time now. With the new studio at Limmatstrasse 73\, it’s finally here. At this studio we have dedicated an entire area of the studio to Action Painting\, where you can let off steam with brushes\, spray guns and other utensils. Our artist Shima will start with a short explanation of basics and techniques and then let you experiment directly on a first test piece (30 x 40cm canvas). After that you can apply what you’ve discovered to your second work on a regular wood-frame canvas (1 pc 40x50cm canvas included). \n The event is suitable for everyone – no previous experience is required.\n We provide protective clothing (painter’s overalls\, goggles). Nevertheless we recommend that you do not come in your finest clothing. \n• Please bring a pair of old socks or accept that your socks will be a bit colored. \n• Included materials: 1 pc. 30x40cm canvas for practice. 1 pc. 40x50cm wood-frame canvas. You can work with colors\, dots\, lines\, shapes and textures and create a personal visual rhythm in a painting but you can also feel free and work in the intuitive way\, gestural\, you also can explore all different kinds of techniques. \nThe workshop series include six sections: Grisaille\, Layering\, Blending\, Sgraffito\, Stippling and Wet on Wet\, at each section you will learn a specific technique which will help you to achieve a new level for your abstract learning process …… on every second Monday\, Rolando\, our friend\, host and artist from Cuba is looking forward to assist you to enjoy this new creative experience.You don’t necessarily need to participate the workshops in sequence. Every workshop is an individual section. \nAbout Today’s workshop – Wet on Wet \nWet on Wet technique is used for blending work. Essentially you’ll add your paint color on canvas\, and while it is still wet you can add another color\, and blend them together while they are workable and wet on canvas. Working the blends on canvas while both paint colors are still wet allows you to get smooth blends and gradients. \nFind more about Rolando’s work here. \nPlease note: This is not a typical “guided event”. Dort haben wir einen ganzen Bereich des Ateliers dem Action Painting gewidmet\, in dem Ihr Euch sorglos mit Pinseln\, Spritzpistolen und weiteren Utensilien austoben könnt. Unsere Künstlerin Shima startet mit einer kurzen Erklärung von Grundlagen und Techniken und lässt Euch dann direkt an einem ersten Probewerk experimentieren (30 x 40cm Leinwand). You can work with colors\, dots\, lines\, shapes and textures and create a personal visual rhythm in a painting but you can also feel free and work in the intuitive way\, gestural\, you also can explore all different kinds of techniques. \nThe workshop series include six sections: Grisaille\, Layering\, Blending\, Sgraffito\, Stippling and Wet on Wet\, at each section you will learn a specific technique which will help you to achieve a new level for your abstract learning process …… on every second Monday\, Rolando\, our friend\, host and artist from Cuba is looking forward to assist you to enjoy this new creative experience.You don’t necessarily need to participate the workshops in sequence. Every workshop is an individual section. \nAbout Today’s workshop –Stippling \nStippling is a great dotting technique where you add your paint in dots onto your canvas or surface. To create these dots of color you can use multiple types of tools from q-tips\, the backside of your paint brush handle\, paint markers or specialized dotting tools. \nThis event is limited to a maximum of 10 people per session to ensure a calm atmosphere and optimal guidance. \nFind more about Rolando’s work here. \nPlease note: This is not a typical “guided event”. Wir arbeiten mit Salz\, um schöne\, körnige Strukturen zu erhalten\, die wunderbar zu diesem Rost-Look passen. Durch das Auftragen von Acrylfarbe hält das Salz schnell auf der Leinwand und es braucht kaum Zeit zum Trocknen. Du verlässt den Workshop mit einem wunderschönen Kunstwerk aus Kunstharz\, das du selbst geschaffen hast\, und mit dem Wissen und dem Selbstvertrauen\, deine Kunstreise mit Kunstharz zu Hause fortzusetzen. \nLernpunkte:\n1. Einführung in die Kunst mit Resin: Lerne die Grundlagen der Harzkunst und ihre Möglichkeiten kennen und verstehe die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen bei der Arbeit mit Harz. \n2. Verstehen der Materialien: Mache dich mit den verschiedenen Arten von Harzen\, Pigmenten\, Glitzern und Werkzeugen vertraut\, die bei diesem Prozess verwendet werden. \n3. Mischen und Gießen des Harzes: Lerne das richtige Mischungsverhältnis von Harz und Härter sowie die richtigen Gießtechniken\, um Blasen zu vermeiden und eine glatte\, glänzende Oberfläche zu erzielen. \n4. Färben und Verzierungen: Entdecke\, wie du dem Harz Farben\, Glitter und andere Materialien hinzufügen und wie du diese für verschiedene visuelle Effekte schichten kannst. \n5. Fertigstellung und Aushärtung: Lerne den Aushärtungsprozess kennen und erfahre\, wie du Probleme wie klebrige oder unebene Oberflächen beheben und wie du dein Werkstück für ein professionelles Aussehen fertigstellen kannst. \n6. Grundlegende Pflege und Wartung: Lerne\, wie du deine Kunstwerke aus Kunstharz pflegen kannst\, damit sie über Jahre hinweg lebendig und schön aussehen. \nDies ist nicht ein klassischer PaintEvent für ein bestimmtes Bild mit Schritt für Schritt Anweisungen. Stattdessen wird Anastasia diese Technik so erklären\, dass Sie zwei eigene Kreationen aus Kunstharz erstellen können und vor allem während dieses dynamischen und gleichzeitig sehr ruhigen Prozesses sehr präsent und bei sich sein können. \n • Das Event ist für jeden geeignet – es werden keine Vorkenntnisse vorausgesetzt \n• Alle Materialien werden von uns bereitgestellt und sind im Preis inbegriffen \n• Am Schluss hast du ​zwei Kunstwerke aus Kunstharz\, ​die über Nacht trocknen müssen.​ Dafür bieten wir zwei Schachteln an\, mit denen die Bilder direkt mit nach Hause genommen werden können. Diese müssen horizontal transportiert werden\, können aber ohne Probleme mit in den ÖV genommen werden (vergleichbar mit 2 Pizza-Schachteln). \n• Material: Verschiedene Farbpigmente\, verschiedene Kunstharz Einfärbemittel von EliChem\, Acrylfarben\, Glitzer und Alkohol Tinten\, zwei MDF Platten (23x23cm und 24x30cm) und MasterCast Kunstharz ungiftig frei von Lösungsmitteln für eine einfache und sichere Anwendung von EliChem erhältlich direkt über unseren Online Shop. \n• Wissenswertes: Beim Arbeiten mit Kunstharz werden immer Plastikhandschuhe gebraucht\, damit die Hände vom Abmessen bis zum fertigen Kunstwerk geschützt sind\, ausgenommen wenn Hahrföhn zum Manipulieren und Bunsenbrenner zum Versiegeln verwendet werden. Der Raum wird während dem Arbeiten mit Kunstharz immer gut durchlüftet. Eine Atemschutzmaske braucht es an diesem Kurs mit der gebrauchten kleinen Menge an Kunstharz im sehr grossräumigen Atelier mit einer auf 10 Teilnehmer begrenzte Anzahl nicht. Sie wäre nur dann wichtig\, wenn anschliessend mit ganz grossen Bildern zu Hause weiter experimentiert wird. Dort haben wir einen ganzen Bereich des Ateliers dem Action Painting gewidmet\, in dem Ihr Euch sorglos mit Pinseln\, Spritzpistolen und weiteren Utensilien austoben könnt. Unsere Künstlerin Shima startet mit einer kurzen Erklärung von Grundlagen und Techniken und lässt Euch dann direkt an einem ersten Probewerk experimentieren (30 x 40cm Leinwand). Mit der gewonnen Erfahrung geht es dann an Euer zweites Werk auf einer bespannten Leinwand (1 Stk 40x50cm Leinwand inklusive). \n • Das Event ist für jeden geeignet – es werden keine Vorkenntnisse vorausgesetzt \n• Inklusive Bereitstellung von Schutzkleidung (Maler-Overall\, Schutzbrille). Experience a liberating and creative time-out with Action Painting.\nWe have been wanting to offer you this workshop for quite some time now. With the new studio at Limmatstrasse 73\, it’s finally here. At this studio we have dedicated an entire area of the studio to Action Painting\, where you can let off steam with brushes\, spray guns and other utensils. Our artist Shima will start with a short explanation of basics and techniques and then let you experiment directly on a first test piece (30 x 40cm canvas). After that you can apply what you’ve discovered to your second work on a regular wood-frame canvas (1 pc 40x50cm canvas included). \n • The event is suitable for everyone – no previous experience is required. \n• We provide protective clothing (painter’s overalls\, goggles).
