DESCRIPTION:Dieser Kurs wird an diesem Termin abweichend von Anastasia an Stelle von Janka geleitet. Anastasia kann ebenfalls auf langjährige Erfahrung mit Resin zurückgreifen und ihr seid in guten Händen. \nThe course on this date will be led by Anastasia instead of the orginally scheduled artist\, Janka. Anastasia can draw on many years of experience with resin and you will be in good hands. \n–Künsterlin/Artist– \n[tlpteam id=”25480″ title=”Janka”]\n  \n \nTo see more LUCENT artworks by Janka Stemmle \n— Deutsch — \nDie Künstlerin Janka Stemmle zeigt am LUCENT Workshop wie mit Kunstharz abstrakt gemalt werden kann. Kunstharz wird dabei mit verschiedenen Farbpigmenten und Alkohol Tinten eingefärbt. Denn eigentlich ist Kunstharz ein transparentes Material\, das sich durch das Aushärten zu einem glänzenden Material entwickelt\, das eindeutig an Glas erinnert. Ab dem Moment\, in dem der Härter im Verhältnis 1:1 dem Kunstharz zugefügt wird\, verwandelt sich dieser innerhalb von 30 bis 45 Minuten zu einem vollkommen ausgehärteten Material. Der Malprozess kann also einzig innerhalb dieser Zeitspanne geschehen und ist Materialbedingt zunächst sehr dynamisch und wird gegen Ende sehr langsam und ruhig. Bei dieser Technik spielt die Farbsättigung vom Kunstharz an sich eine zentrale Rolle. Was bedeutet\, es wird entschieden\, wie stark durchsichtig und durchscheinend oder eher deckend der Kunstharz sein soll. Dies wird mit der Menge an Farbpigmenten entschieden\, die dem Kunstharz zum Einfärben ohne Limite zugegeben wird. Alkoholtinte hingegen kann nur bis zu höchstens 10% des Gesamtvolumens zugegeben werden\, sonst würde der Kunstharz gummiartig werden statt auszuhärten. Sind mehrere farbige Kunstharze jeweils in Bechern entstanden\, werden sie wie bei anderen “Fluid Art” Techniken auf die weisse Malplatte gegossen. Durch das Kippen und die Verwendung eines Strohhalms oder eines Föhns wird der Kunstharz auf der Oberfläche bewegt. Die wesentlichen Effekte entstehen vor allem zu Beginn\, wenn der Kunstharz noch sehr flüssig ist\, weil dieser dann noch sehr leicht auf diverses Eingreifen reagiert. Durch die Verwendung eines kleinen Bunsenbrenners entstehen verschiedene faszinierende kreisförmige Strukturen\, sie sich mit der Zeit noch ein wenig von selbst verändern können. Ganz am Ende wird die Oberfläche mit dem Bunsenbrenner versiegelt\, indem sie so lange mit Hitze bearbeitet wird\, bis sich die vielen winzigen Luftbläschen aus der Oberfläche herauslösen. Durch die Hitze verändert sich der Kunstharz von milchig zu klar und glänzend. Letztendlich entstehen zahlreiche transparent leuchtende Farbschichten\, die ineinander und übereinander liegen. Sie können noch so lange subtil verändert werden\, bis sie sich nicht mehr bewegen lassen. \n\nDies ist nicht ein klassischer PaintEvent für ein bestimmtes Bild mit Schritt für Schritt Anweisungen. Stattdessen wird Janka diese Technik so erklären\, dass Sie zwei eigene Kreationen aus Kunstharz erstellen können und vor allem während dieses dynamischen und gleichzeitig sehr ruhigen Prozesses sehr präsent und bei sich sein können. \n Das Event ist für jeden geeignet – es werden keine Vorkenntnisse vorausgesetzt\n Alle Materialien werden von uns bereitgestellt und sind im Preis inbegriffen\n Am Schluss hast du ​zwei Kunstwerke aus Kunstharz\, ​die über Nacht trocknen müssen.​ Dafür bieten wir zwei Schachteln an\, mit denen die Bilder direkt mit nach Hause genommen werden können. Diese müssen horizontal transportiert werden\, können aber ohne Probleme mit in den ÖV genommen werden (vergleichbar mit 2 Pizza-Schachteln).\n NEW: Material: Verschiedene Farbpigmente\, verschiedene Kunstharz Einfärbemittel von EliChem\, Acrylfarben\, Glitzer und Alkohol Tinten\, eine grosse MDF Platte (30×40 cm) und eine runde Korkplatte (15cm Durchmesser) und MasterCast Kunstharz ungiftig frei von Lösungsmitteln für eine einfache und sichere Anwendung von EliChem erhältlich direkt über unseren Online Shop.\n Wissenswertes: Beim Arbeiten mit Kunstharz werden immer Plastikhandschuhe gebraucht\, damit die Hände vom Abmessen bis zum fertigen Kunstwerk geschützt sind\, ausgenommen wenn Hahrföhn zum Manipulieren und Bunsenbrenner zum Versiegeln verwendet werden. Der Raum wird während dem Arbeiten mit Kunstharz immer gut durchlüftet. Eine Atemschutzmaske braucht es an diesem Kurs mit der gebrauchten kleinen Menge an Kunstharz im sehr grossräumigen Atelier mit einer auf 10 Teilnehmer begrenzte Anzahl nicht. Sie wäre nur dann wichtig\, wenn anschliessend mit ganz grossen Bildern zu Hause weiter experimentiert wird. Obwohl unser Resin zertifiziert ungiftig ist\, raten wir schwangeren Frauen vorsichtshalber von der Teilnahme ab.\nDas Event wird auf Deutsch und Englisch geleitet. The resin is colored with different color pigments and alcohol inks. Resin reminds of glass because it is a transparent material that gets shiny after the curing process. At first the resin is liquid and from the moment the hardener gets added to it in a 1:1 ratio it turns within 30 to 45 minutes into a completely solid and firm material. The painting process can therefore only take place within these 30 to 45 minutes. Due to the material the painting process is naturally at first very dynamic and becomes very and calm towards the end. When painting with resin\, the color saturation plays a central role\, which means the decision about how transparent and translucent or how covering the resin will get is decisive. This depends amount of color pigments added to the resin without any limit how saturated it gets in the end. Alcohol ink on the other hand can only be added up to a maximum of 10% of the total volume\, otherwise the resin would become rubbery instead of hard. Once several colored resins are created each in cups they are simply poured onto the white painting board the same as in other “fluid art” techniques. Then the tilting and using a straw or a hair dryer takes place to move around the resin on the surface. The essential effects happen mostly when the resin is still liquid\, because then the resin still reacts easily to any interventions. By using a small heat gun various fascinating circular structures start to appear still changing a little by themselves. In the end the heat will seal the surface properly by making many tiny air bubbles vanish underneath the surface. From the heat the resin changes from being milky to being clear and shiny. So in the end what you see are numerous transparent and luminous layers of paint lying in and on top of each other. They can be changed subtly until they simply will stop moving. \nThis is not a classic PaintEvent for a specific painting with step by step instructions. Instead\, Janka will explain this technique so you can create two of your own creations from resin and mainly be completely present during this dynamic and in the same time very calm process. \n\n\n\n\n No prior Painting experience necessary\n All Painting Materials Provided and Included in the Ticket Price.\n In the end you have two paintings made of resin that have to dry overnight.​ ​We will provide boxes so you can take your paintings home right away. Be mesmerised by the incredible effects created when resin and alcohol inks combine with structure paste and gold. But be warned – it can be addictive!  You’ll love watching the inks react with the resin to make the intricate shapes and details. If it’s your very first time painting\, you might wanna calculate a bit more time to finish the painting. Also\, we recommend to skip a detail or two and/or call for assistance when you need!\n Step by Step Instructions\, but you are always welcome to paint something else!\n 1 Ceramic Plate (33x25cm) and all Painting Materials Provided and Included in the Ticket Price\n Medium: Premium alcohol ink and resin materials .\n Language of Instruction: English\n Duration of the Event: ca 2hrs \nImportant: For optimal drying process and avoiding any changes to your painting\, we recommend that you leave your artwork in the studio at least overnight and pick it up at later. Alternatively we can also pack it and ship it to you for an additional 15 CHF per parcel (payable at the workshop in cash or TWINT). If you want to take your artwork home right away\, that’s definitely also possible but “at your own risk” (needs to be transported as horizontal as possible). \nPlease note: This event will take place only if at least 4 people sign up 48hrs before the event. In case of cancellation\, guests with a ticket will get a notification via email. The ticket can be refunded completely or rescheduled.
