Mit dem neuen Studio an der Limmatstrasse 73 ist es jetzt endlich so weit. Dort haben wir einen ganzen Bereich des Ateliers dem Action Painting gewidmet\, in dem Ihr Euch sorglos mit Pinseln\, Spritzpistolen und weiteren Utensilien austoben könnt. Unsere Künstlerin startet mit einer kurzen Erklärung von Grundlagen und Techniken und lässt Euch dann direkt an einem ersten Probewerk experimentieren (30 x 40cm Leinwand). Mit der gewonnen Erfahrung geht es dann an Euer zweites Werk auf einer bespannten Leinwand (1 Stk 40x50cm Leinwand inklusive). \n  \n\nDas Event ist für jeden geeignet – es werden keine Vorkenntnisse vorausgesetzt\nInklusive Bereitstellung von Schutzkleidung (Maler-Overall\, Schutzbrille). At this studio we have dedicated an entire area of the studio to Action Painting\, where you can let off steam with brushes\, spray guns and other utensils. DESCRIPTION:  \n— English — \n  \nEnjoy a Creative and Relaxing PaintEvent in Zurich!\nIn our “Paint Like” Events\, selected paintings are recreations of works by artists from various times. As usual\, the event host will guide you step by step through the painting while you are free to choose another color or canvas size. \n  \nAbout the theme\nClaude Monet was the leader of the French Impressionist movement. Interested in painting in the open air and capturing natural light. Masterful as a colorist and as a painter of light and atmosphere\, his work often achieved a remarkable degree of abstraction. \nFrom 1883\, Monet lived in Giverny\, where he purchased a house and property and began a vast landscaping project which included lily ponds that would become the subjects of his best-known works. He began painting the water lilies\, first in vertical views with a Japanese bridge as a central feature and later in the series of large-scale paintings that was to occupy him continuously for the next 20 years of his life. \n  \nAbout the Event\n\nLevel: Options for many levels provided. Artist Rolando Duartes will break down the painting process in small and comprehensive steps so it’s accessible and enjoyable for everyone. He will provide instructions individually\, adapted to your needs.\nCanvas (50x40cm) and all Painting Materials Provided and Included in the Ticket Price.\nYou have always the option to pick other colours.\nLanguage of Instruction: English (and Spanish)\n\nPlease note: Unlike our standard guided PaintEvents (mostly 2hrs)\, the instructions here are verbal. Rolando is happy to provide visual instructions (demonstration on a canvas) as well if needed. \n  \n— Deutsch — \n  \nErlebe eine kreative und entspannende Zeit in Zürich!\nIn unserer “Paint Like” Serie malen wir Bilder von anderen Künstlern nach. Wir reisen zusammen in die Welt deines Lieblingskünstlers! \n  \nÜber das Motiv\nClaude Monet war der Anführer der französischen Impressionistenbewegung. Er interessierte sich für das Malen im Freien und die Darstellung des natürlichen Lichts. Als Meister der Farbgebung und als Maler von Licht und Atmosphäre erreichten seine Werke oft einen bemerkenswerten Grad an Abstraktion. \nAb 1883 lebte Monet in Giverny\, wo er ein Haus und ein Grundstück kaufte und ein umfangreiches Landschaftsprojekt begann\, zu dem auch Seerosenteiche gehörten\, die zum Motiv seiner bekanntesten Werke wurden. Er begann\, die Seerosen zu malen\, zunächst in vertikalen Ansichten mit einer japanischen Brücke als zentralem Element und später in einer Reihe von großformatigen Gemälden\, die ihn in den nächsten 20 Jahren seines Lebens kontinuierlich beschäftigen sollten. \n  \nÜber den Workshop\n\nEine Leinwand (50x40cm) und Alle Materialien werden von uns bereitgestellt und sind im Preis inbegriffen\nMaterial: Acrylfarbe.\nGerne kannst du aber wie immer auch andere Farben wählen.\nGerne kannst Du immer andere Farbtöne und eine andere Leinwandgrösse beziehen (rund\, rechteckig\, grösser\, kleiner usw.)\nDas Event wird auf  Englisch geleitet. Mit dem neuen Studio an der Limmatstrasse 73 ist es jetzt endlich so weit. Dort haben wir einen ganzen Bereich des Ateliers dem Action Painting gewidmet\, in dem Ihr Euch sorglos mit Pinseln\, Spritzpistolen und weiteren Utensilien austoben könnt. Unsere Künstlerin startet mit einer kurzen Erklärung von Grundlagen und Techniken und lässt Euch dann direkt an einem ersten Probewerk experimentieren (30 x 40cm Leinwand). Mit der gewonnen Erfahrung geht es dann an Euer zweites Werk auf einer bespannten Leinwand (1 Stk 40x50cm Leinwand inklusive). \n  \n\nDas Event ist für jeden geeignet – es werden keine Vorkenntnisse vorausgesetzt\nInklusive Bereitstellung von Schutzkleidung (Maler-Overall\, Schutzbrille). At this studio we have dedicated an entire area of the studio to Action Painting\, where you can let off steam with brushes\, spray guns and other utensils. Our artist will start with a short explanation of basics and techniques and then let you experiment directly on a first test piece (30 x 40cm canvas). In diesem Workshop wird unsere Künstlerin Euch die grundlegenden Techniken zeigen und Euch Schritt für Schritt anleiten\, wir Ihr Schicht für Schicht einen Strand kreiert. Es werden mehrere Schichten von Harz in verschiedenen Blautönen gegossen werden und anschliessend wird mit einer weissen Schicht abgeschlossen. Diese Schicht manipuliert Ihr dann mit Luft und Schwerkraft bis Sie an Meeresschaum erinnert. Dieses Beach-Motiv eignet sich perfekt\, um Resin-Kunst zu entdecken: Die Klarheit\, Konsistenz und der Glanz von Resin geben das Aussehen von Wasser auf eine Weise wieder\, die man mit keinem anderen Medium erreichen kann. At this workshop our artist  will show you the basic techniques to create a beautiful realistic beach art. It is an easy process that involves pouring layers of resin in various shades of blue\, then finishing with a layer of white that gets pushed around by air and gravity to create a lacing effect reminiscent of sea foam. Resin is essential to creating realistic ocean art: it is clarity\, consistency and gloss replicate the look of water in a way you simply can’t get with any other medium. Experience a liberating and creative time-out with Action Painting.\nWe have been wanting to offer you this workshop for quite some time now. With the new studio at Limmatstrasse 73\, it’s finally here. At this studio we have dedicated an entire area of the studio to Action Painting\, where you can let off steam with brushes\, spray guns and other utensils. Our artist will start with a short explanation of basics and techniques and then let you experiment directly on a first test piece (30 x 40cm canvas). Die Antwort ist einfach: das Malen ermöglicht es ihnen\, sich frei auszudrücken\, ihre Emotionen und Gefühle mitzuteilen\, ihre Talente und Besonderheiten zu erkunden. Mit dem Action Painting für Kids bieten wir einen einzigartigen Workshop an\, der in dieser Form wohl in keinem Klassenzimmer möglich ist. Wir haben in unserem neuen Atelier einen grossen Bereich nur fürs Action Painting eingerichtet\, wo Kids mit Pinseln\, Schwämmen und anderen Werkzeugen spritzen\, sprühen und wirbeln können. Es geht dabei darum  spielerisch Erfahrungen mit Farben und Formen zu sammeln\, ohne sich auf das Endprodukt zu konzentrieren. Zusätzlich schalten wir das UV-Licht ein\, so dass die Kinder eine lebhafte Explosion von Farben erleben können\, die im Dunkeln leuchten und atemberaubende\, leuchtende Kunstwerke schaffen. \n  \nUnser Künstler*in startet mit einer Einführung in die Grundlagen und zeigt dann verschiedene Techniken. Danach können die Kids loslegen und ihre ganz individuellen Meisterwerke auf einer hochwertigen 30x40cm Leinwand kreieren. \n  \nP.S. Das Neonmalen im Dunkeln ist der letzte Teil der Action-Painting-Session (ca.30min) und ist optional. Je nach individuellem Wunsch kann das Kind diesen Teil überspringen und bei Tageslicht weiter malen. \n\nÜber den Workshop\n\nDer Event ist für Kids von 8 bis 12 Jahren geeignet – keine Vorkenntnisse nötig. We think that it is because this process allows them to express themselves in a free way\, to communicate their emotions and feelings and to explore their talents and specialties. With the Action Painting for Kids\, we offer a unique workshop that you won’t find in any classroom. We’ve set up a large area in our new studio specifically for Action Painting\, where kids can splash\, spray\, and swirl with brushes\, sponges\, and other tools. The focus is on playfully experimenting with colors and shapes without concentrating on the final product. Additionally\, we will also turn on the UV light\, the kids can experience a vibrant explosion of colors glowing brilliantly in the dark to create stunning\, luminous artworks. \n  \nOur artist will kick things off with an intro to the basics and then show various cool techniques. After that it’s time for the kids to dive in and create their masterpieces on a premium 30x40cm canvas. \n  \nP.S. The Neon Painting in the dark will be last part of the Action Painting session (ca.30mins) and it is optional. With the new studio at Limmatstrasse 73\, it’s finally here. At this studio we have dedicated an entire area of the studio to Action Painting\, where you can let off steam with brushes\, spray guns and other utensils. Our artist will start with a short explanation of basics and techniques and then let you experiment directly on a first test piece (30 x 40cm canvas). After that you can apply what you’ve discovered to your second work on a regular wood-frame canvas (1 pc 40x50cm canvas included). \n  \n\nThe event is suitable for everyone – no previous experience is required.\nWe provide protective clothing (painter’s overalls\, goggles). Color composition is an essential aspect of visual arts\, graphic design\, interior design\, and many other creative fields. There will be no step-by-step instructions for a particular painting. Instead\, Rolando will show you techniques and tricks and encourage you to paint intuitively and freely. Die Antwort ist einfach: das Malen ermöglicht es ihnen\, sich frei auszudrücken\, ihre Emotionen und Gefühle mitzuteilen\, ihre Talente und Besonderheiten zu erkunden. Mit dem Action Painting für Kids bieten wir einen einzigartigen Workshop an\, der in dieser Form wohl in keinem Klassenzimmer möglich ist. Wir haben in unserem neuen Atelier einen grossen Bereich nur fürs Action Painting eingerichtet\, wo Kids mit Pinseln\, Schwämmen und anderen Werkzeugen spritzen\, sprühen und wirbeln können. Es geht dabei darum  spielerisch Erfahrungen mit Farben und Formen zu sammeln\, ohne sich auf das Endprodukt zu konzentrieren. Zusätzlich schalten wir das UV-Licht ein\, so dass die Kinder eine lebhafte Explosion von Farben erleben können\, die im Dunkeln leuchten und atemberaubende\, leuchtende Kunstwerke schaffen. \n  \nUnser Künstler*in startet mit einer Einführung in die Grundlagen und zeigt dann verschiedene Techniken. Danach können die Kids loslegen und ihre ganz individuellen Meisterwerke auf einer hochwertigen 30x40cm Leinwand kreieren. \n  \nP.S. Das Neonmalen im Dunkeln ist der letzte Teil der Action-Painting-Session (ca.30min) und ist optional. Je nach individuellem Wunsch kann das Kind diesen Teil überspringen und bei Tageslicht weiter malen. \n\nÜber den Workshop\n\nDer Event ist für Kids von 8 bis 12 Jahren geeignet – keine Vorkenntnisse nötig. Der Workshop ist nur für Kinder gedacht und Eltern können in unserer Lounge (wo wir ein kleines Selbstbedienungs-Café haben) entspannen oder einen Spaziergang durch die Nachbarschaft machen.\nWir haben verschiedene Schutzschürzen und -hemden\, empfehlen aber trotzdem\, dass dein Kind Kleidung trägt\, die im schlimmsten Fall farbig werden darf. Besonders ein altes Paar Socken ist zu empfehlen\, da diese ziemlich sicher Farbe abbekommen werden.\nInklusiv-Materialien: Eine hochwertige 30x40cm Leinwand\, die dein Kind behalten darf. Alle anderen Werkzeuge und Farben (für Kids-Workshops benutzen wir nur zertifizierte\, ungiftige wasserbasierte Schulfarben).\nDauer: ca. 1.5 Stunden\nSprache: eine Mischung aus Deutsch und Englisch\nHinweis: Wahrscheinlich werden die Werke am Ende der Session noch zu nass für einen sicheren Transport sein. We think that it is because this process allows them to express themselves in a free way\, to communicate their emotions and feelings and to explore their talents and specialties. With the Action Painting for Kids\, we offer a unique workshop that you won’t find in any classroom. We’ve set up a large area in our new studio specifically for Action Painting\, where kids can splash\, spray\, and swirl with brushes\, sponges\, and other tools. The focus is on playfully experimenting with colors and shapes without concentrating on the final product. Additionally\, we will also turn on the UV light\, the kids can experience a vibrant explosion of colors glowing brilliantly in the dark to create stunning\, luminous artworks. \n  \nOur artist will kick things off with an intro to the basics and then show various cool techniques. After that it’s time for the kids to dive in and create their masterpieces on a premium 30x40cm canvas. \n  \nP.S. The Neon Painting in the dark will be last part of the Action Painting session (ca.30mins) and it is optional. According to individual request\, the kid can skip this part and continue to paint under the daylight. \n\nAbout the Workshop\n\nThe event is suitable for kids from 8 to 12 years old – no previous experience is required. The workshop is intended for kids only and parents may hang out in our lounge (where we have a small self-service Café) or enjoy a stroll through the neighbourhood.\nWe have various protective aprons and shirts\, etc but we nevertheless recommend that your kid comes in some clothing that may get colorful. In particular an old pair of socks is highly recommended as these will almost definitely get paint on them.\nIncluded materials: One premium quality 30x40cm canvas for your kid to keep. Anschliessend setzt du den Spinner in Bewegung und beobachtest\, wie sich die Farben miteinander verbinden\, über die Oberfläche fliessen und dabei faszinierende Muster\, spannende Farbverläufe und einzigartige Effekte entstehen lassen. Da sich die Farbbewegungen nie vollständig kontrollieren lassen\, entwickelt jedes Bild seinen ganz eigenen Charakter und wird zu einem echten Unikat. Mit dem neuen Studio an der Limmatstrasse 73 ist es jetzt endlich so weit. Dort haben wir einen ganzen Bereich des Ateliers dem Action Painting gewidmet\, in dem Ihr Euch sorglos mit Pinseln\, Spritzpistolen und weiteren Utensilien austoben könnt. Unsere Künstlerin startet mit einer kurzen Erklärung von Grundlagen und Techniken und lässt Euch dann direkt an einem ersten Probewerk experimentieren (30 x 40cm Leinwand). Mit der gewonnen Erfahrung geht es dann an Euer zweites Werk auf einer bespannten Leinwand (1 Stk 40x50cm Leinwand inklusive). \n  \n\nDas Event ist für jeden geeignet – es werden keine Vorkenntnisse vorausgesetzt\nInklusive Bereitstellung von Schutzkleidung (Maler-Overall\, Schutzbrille). Experience a liberating and creative time-out with Action Painting.\nWe have been wanting to offer you this workshop for quite some time now. With the new studio at Limmatstrasse 73\, it’s finally here. At this studio we have dedicated an entire area of the studio to Action Painting\, where you can let off steam with brushes\, spray guns and other utensils. Our artist will start with a short explanation of basics and techniques and then let you experiment directly on a first test piece (30 x 40cm canvas). After that you can apply what you’ve discovered to your second work on a regular wood-frame canvas (1 pc 40x50cm canvas included). \n  \n\nThe event is suitable for everyone – no previous experience is required.\nWe provide protective clothing (painter’s overalls\, goggles). Nevertheless we recommend that you do not come in your finest clothing.\nPlease bring a pair of old socks or accept that your socks will be a bit colored.\nIncluded materials: 1 pc. 30x40cm canvas for practice. 1 pc. 40x50cm wood-frame canvas. All paints and utensils.\nUpgrade Options: Want to create larger artworks or additional ones? Check out our UPGRADE pricelist for action painting.
