Dort haben wir einen ganzen Bereich des Ateliers dem Action Painting gewidmet\, in dem Ihr Euch sorglos mit Pinseln\, Spritzpistolen und weiteren Utensilien austoben könnt. Unsere Künstlerin startet mit einer kurzen Erklärung von Grundlagen und Techniken und lässt Euch dann direkt an einem ersten Probewerk experimentieren (30 x 40cm Leinwand). Mit der gewonnen Erfahrung geht es dann an Euer zweites Werk auf einer bespannten Leinwand (1 Stk 40x50cm Leinwand inklusive). \n  \n • Das Event ist für jeden geeignet – es werden keine Vorkenntnisse vorausgesetzt \n• Inklusive Bereitstellung von Schutzkleidung (Maler-Overall\, Schutzbrille). Experience a liberating and creative time-out with Action Painting.\nWe have been wanting to offer you this workshop for quite some time now. With the new studio at Limmatstrasse 73\, it’s finally here. At this studio we have dedicated an entire area of the studio to Action Painting\, where you can let off steam with brushes\, spray guns and other utensils. Our artist will start with a short explanation of basics and techniques and then let you experiment directly on a first test piece (30 x 40cm canvas). After that you can apply what you’ve discovered to your second work on a regular wood-frame canvas (1 pc 40x50cm canvas included). \n  \n • The event is suitable for everyone – no previous experience is required. \n• We provide protective clothing (painter’s overalls\, goggles). Nevertheless we recommend that you do not come in your finest clothing. \n• Please bring a pair of old socks or accept that your socks will be a bit colored. \n•  Included materials: 1 pc. 30x40cm canvas for practice. 1 pc. 40x50cm wood-frame canvas. All paints and utensils. \n• Upgrade Options: Want to create larger artworks or additional ones? Check out our UPGRADE pricelist for action painting. Upgrades to 50x70cm are generally always possible; larger formats might not be possible in fully booked sessions but you can always check with your artist. \n• Duration: approx. 2 to 2.5h \n• Note: Most likely your artworks won’t be dry enough to be safely transported at the end of the session. DESCRIPTION:  \n— Deutsch — \n  \n\n\n\n\nHier experimentiert die Künstlerin Janka Stemmle\, wie Acrylfarbe auf das Material Krakelierlack reagiert\, wenn sie damit in Schichten auf Leinwand oder Papier malt. Die Farbe reisst aufgrund der Oberflächenspannung des Lacks auf\, wodurch eine künstliche Alterung der Farbe entsteht. Der Lack wird unregelmässig auf die erste Farbschicht aufgetragen. Dies und die Trocknungszeit des Lacks beeinflussen die Bildentstehung. Bei langer Trocknungszeit oder beim Auftragen dünner Farbe reisst die oberste Farbschicht in subtilere und komplexere Brüche auf. Bei kurzer Trocknungszeit oder beim Auftragen sehr dicker Farbe entstehen größere und grobe Risse. Dieser Workshop bietet Raum für kreatives Spielen mit Künstlermaterialien. \n  \n\n\n\n\nDies ist nicht ein klassischer Event für ein bestimmtes Bild mit Schritt für Schritt Anweisungen. The paint splits open due to the interfacial tension of the varnish which produces an artificial aging of the paint. The varnish is applied unevenly onto the first layer of paint. This factor and the drying time of the varnish influence the formation of the image. At long drying time or when adding thin color the uppest layer of paint splits into subtle and complex fractures. At short drying time or painting when painting very thick bigger and rough gaps crack open. This workshop offers you fun playing around with art materials. \n  \n\n\n\n\nThis is not a classical event with step-by-step instructions for one particular painting. During a PaintEvent one of our local artists supports you in creating your very own masterpiece (for you to take home). The goal is to create a fun and stress-free environment for you to slow down and let your creativity flow. \n\nAbout the workshop:\nWe are more than happy to welcome Alena to be our new guest host for this special watercolor event.\nYou will paint this beautiful serene oceanscape. Alena will break down the whole process into easy steps. The wet paint is laid on wet paper\, the colours flow and blend into one another in beautiful\, unexpected ways\, creating a diffused effect. Let your creativity flow! \n  \n\n No Prior Painting Experience Necessary – Step by Step Guidance through the whole process.\nFrist time or frequent painters – all kind of questions are more than welcome! Our host will be happy to assist and chat. Inspiration is all around 🙂\nAll Painting Materials Provided and Included in the Ticket Price. The original size is A4. If you prefer\, we have A5\, A6 and A3 as well.\nIf you finish earlier: why not paint a 2nd one? no extra cost 🙂\nYou like the subject of the painting but not the colors? No problem\, we always keep all colors ready. Our host is happy to show you how to create your desired color tone!\nLanguage of Instruction: English\n\n  \nBitte beachte\, dass wir dieses Event nur durchführen\, wenn sich mindestens 4 Personen spätestens 48h vor dem Event online angemeldet haben.
