Mit dem neuen Studio an der Limmatstrasse 73 ist es jetzt endlich so weit. Dort haben wir einen ganzen Bereich des Ateliers dem Action Painting gewidmet\, in dem Ihr Euch sorglos mit Pinseln\, Spritzpistolen und weiteren Utensilien austoben könnt. Unsere Künstlerin startet mit einer kurzen Erklärung von Grundlagen und Techniken und lässt Euch dann direkt an einem ersten Probewerk experimentieren (30 x 40cm Leinwand). Mit der gewonnen Erfahrung geht es dann an Euer zweites Werk auf einer bespannten Leinwand (1 Stk 40x50cm Leinwand inklusive). \n  \n\nDas Event ist für jeden geeignet – es werden keine Vorkenntnisse vorausgesetzt\nInklusive Bereitstellung von Schutzkleidung (Maler-Overall\, Schutzbrille). Dennoch empfehlen wir Euch\, nicht in Eurer feinsten Kleidung zu kommen.\nBitte bringt ein Paar alte Socken oder nehmt in Kauf\, dass Eure Socken etwas farbig werden.\nInklusivmaterial: 1 Stk. 30x40cm Leinwand zum Üben. 1 Stk. 40x50cm Leinwand. Experience a liberating and creative time-out with Action Painting.\nWe have been wanting to offer you this workshop for quite some time now. With the new studio at Limmatstrasse 73\, it’s finally here. At this studio we have dedicated an entire area of the studio to Action Painting\, where you can let off steam with brushes\, spray guns and other utensils. Our artist will start with a short explanation of basics and techniques and then let you experiment directly on a first test piece (30 x 40cm canvas). After that you can apply what you’ve discovered to your second work on a regular wood-frame canvas (1 pc 40x50cm canvas included). \n  \n\nThe event is suitable for everyone – no previous experience is required.\nWe provide protective clothing (painter’s overalls\, goggles). Nevertheless we recommend that you do not come in your finest clothing.\nPlease bring a pair of old socks or accept that your socks will be a bit colored.\nIncluded materials: 1 pc. 30x40cm canvas for practice. 1 pc. 40x50cm wood-frame canvas. An Werkzeugen wie Spachteln\, Schwämme\, Zahnbürsten… mangelt es auf jeden Fall nicht 🙂 Probieren geht über studieren! \n  \n\nDas Event ist für jeden geeignet! At this studio we have dedicated an entire area of the studio to Action Painting\, where you can let off steam with brushes\, spray guns and other utensils. Our artist will start with a short explanation of basics and techniques and then let you experiment directly on a first test piece (30 x 40cm canvas). After that you can apply what you’ve discovered to your second work on a regular wood-frame canvas (1 pc 40x50cm canvas included). \n  \nAbout this Workshop:\nGet ready for colour\, motion\, and pure creative energy! In this special Action Painting session\, you can enjoy the classic splash and throw technique – and on top of that\, try something new: our painting spinner! \nCreate explosive effects as you spin your canvas and watch the colours blend into mesmerizing patterns. Die Antwort ist einfach: das Malen ermöglicht es ihnen\, sich frei auszudrücken\, ihre Emotionen und Gefühle mitzuteilen\, ihre Talente und Besonderheiten zu erkunden. Mit dem Action Painting für Kids bieten wir einen einzigartigen Workshop an\, der in dieser Form wohl in keinem Klassenzimmer möglich ist. Wir haben in unserem neuen Atelier einen grossen Bereich nur fürs Action Painting eingerichtet\, wo Kids mit Pinseln\, Schwämmen und anderen Werkzeugen spritzen\, sprühen und wirbeln können. Es geht dabei darum  spielerisch Erfahrungen mit Farben und Formen zu sammeln\, ohne sich auf das Endprodukt zu konzentrieren. Zusätzlich schalten wir das UV-Licht ein\, so dass die Kinder eine lebhafte Explosion von Farben erleben können\, die im Dunkeln leuchten und atemberaubende\, leuchtende Kunstwerke schaffen. \n  \nUnser Künstler*in startet mit einer Einführung in die Grundlagen und zeigt dann verschiedene Techniken. Danach können die Kids loslegen und ihre ganz individuellen Meisterwerke auf einer hochwertigen 30x40cm Leinwand kreieren. \n  \nP.S. Das Neonmalen im Dunkeln ist der letzte Teil der Action-Painting-Session (ca.30min) und ist optional. Je nach individuellem Wunsch kann das Kind diesen Teil überspringen und bei Tageslicht weiter malen. \n  \n • Der Event ist für Kids von 6 bis 12 Jahren geeignet – keine Vorkenntnisse nötig. We think that it is because this process allows them to express themselves in a free way\, to communicate their emotions and feelings and to explore their talents and specialties. With the Action Painting for Kids\, we offer a unique workshop that you won’t find in any classroom. We’ve set up a large area in our new studio specifically for Action Painting\, where kids can splash\, spray\, and swirl with brushes\, sponges\, and other tools. The focus is on playfully experimenting with colors and shapes without concentrating on the final product. Additionally\, we will also turn on the UV light\, the kids can experience a vibrant explosion of colors glowing brilliantly in the dark to create stunning\, luminous artworks. \n  \nOur artist will kick things off with an intro to the basics and then show various cool techniques. After that it’s time for the kids to dive in and create their masterpieces on a premium 30x40cm canvas. \n  \nP.S. Das letzte wird mit der Strukturpaste erzielt. \nIn diesem Kurs zeigt Angelika dir\, wie man die Pasten aufträgt\, mit Spachtel\, Messer oder Pinsel. These structural pastes are a wonderful and exciting medium to make your painting more interesting. The element of arts are line\, shape\, form\, space \, color and TEXTURE. The structural paste will give you immediately texture. \nIn this class\, Angelika shows how to work with this medium. Spatula\, knife and paintbrush are the tools and there are different kind of pastes like pumice\, soft gel\, Glas bead gel etc. After you apply this wonderful medium \,you paint with acrylic or even watercolor over it. Soulfin is a monthly Sunday evening series – held on the first Sunday of each month. \nAs the weekend comes to a close\, we take time for a Soulfie: not a selfie for the outside world\, but a creative snapshot of your inner landscape. \nLike surfing\, it’s not about controlling the waves of life –but about perceiving them\, moving with them\, and realigning again and again. \nThe Flow \n45–50 minutes Gentle YogaA calm\, intentionally structured practice that brings you from the head into the body.Regulating\, connecting\, centering – without performance pressure. \n70–75 minutes Vision CollageAfterwards\, you intuitively create your personal collage for the month.No fruit oriented goal-setting\, no “higher\, faster\, further\,” but a visual reflection of your current alignment: \nWhat is moving within me right now? \nWhat is ready to grow? \nWhere do I want to consciously look? \nWhich quality shall accompany me through the coming month(s)? \nImages\, words\, colors\, and symbols shape your Soulfie of the month. \n🔁 Once or again and again \nYou can join Soulfin as a single evening for yourself – or as a monthly ritual with reflection on your last Soulfie: \nWhat has manifested? \nWhat has changed? \nWhat was just a momentary snapshot? \nWhich waves surprised you? \nOver time\, a collection of your inner movements emerges –a visual trace of your path through the months. \n\n✨ No prior experience needed✨ All materials are provided and included (yoga mat\, collage materials)✨ Come as you are – curious\, tired\, inspired\, or searching \n✨ Yoga: changing room available\, no shower \nA conscious transition from the weekend into the new month.
