I have bought a ticket but unfortunately won’t be able to make it. What’s your re-schedule policy?

Sorry to hear that you can’t make it! Up to 7 days before your event we can issue you a voucher of the full ticket amount. After that, re-scheduling is still possible for a fee up to 4h before the event. Re-scheduling request need to be made via: www.paintevents.ch/en/reschedule/
