You can work with colors, dots, lines, shapes and textures and create a personal visual rhythm in a painting but you can also feel free and work in the intuitive way, gestural, you also can explore all different kinds of techniques.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop series include six sections:<strong>\u00a0Grisaille,<\/strong> <strong>Layering, Blending, Sgraffito,\u00a0<b>Stippling<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0<strong>and Wet on Wet<\/strong>, at each section you will learn a specific technique which will help you to achieve a new level for your abstract learning process &#8230;&#8230; on every second Monday, Rolando, our friend, host and artist from Cuba is looking forward to assist you to enjoy this new creative experience.<strong>You don\u2019t necessarily need to participate the workshops in sequence.<\/strong>\u00a0Every workshop is an individual section.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Today&#8217;s workshop &#8211;\u00a0<b>Wet on Wet<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Wet on Wet<\/b>\u00a0technique is used for blending work. Essentially you\u2019ll add your paint color on canvas, and while it is still wet you can add another color, and blend them together while they are workable and wet on canvas. Working the blends on canvas while both paint colors are still wet allows you to get smooth blends and gradients.<\/p>\n<p>Find more about\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.saatchiart.com\/duartes\">Rolando&#8217;s work here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note:\u00a0<\/strong>This is not a typical &#8220;guided event&#8221;. There will be no step-by-step instructions for a particular painting. Instead, Rolando will show you techniques and tricks and encourage you to paint intuitively and freely. Also, this event takes place during our studio opening hours, we might have some open painting guests as well at the other table.<\/p>\n<p><i class=\"fa fa-paint-brush\">\u2022<\/i> No prior Painting experience necessary, we&#8217;ll provide options for all levels<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 canvas and all Painting Materials Provided and Included in the Ticket Price. Our standard canvas size is 30x40cm, but you can upgrade to another size (e.g. 40x50cm, round 50cm, square 40cm) for 5-12CHF<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Additional Canvas available at the studio<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Language of Instruction: English &amp; Espa\u00f1ol<\/p>\n<p><strong>This workshop is in English and Espa\u00f1ol.
