Gong Fu Cha Zeremonie & Enso-Kreise (Wasserfarbe-Malerei)<\/b>\nTauche ein in die Welt der chinesischen Teekultur & die fermentierte Version davon (Kombucha). Wir\u00a0bestaunen die Sch\u00f6nheit der Teebl\u00e4tter und verkosten den Tee achtsam \u00fcber Duft, Aroma und Textur.\nZu Beginn f\u00fchren wir dich durch einfache Atem\u00fcbungen (Pranayama), die den Geist beruhigen und innere Klarheit wecken. Sie bereiten dich darauf vor, die Teeerfahrung mit allen Sinnen zu genie\u00dfen. Ein kurzes Ritual des Innehaltens hilft dir zudem, dich mit dir selbst und der Gruppe zu verbinden \u2013 w\u00e4hrend du diese meditative Praxis kostest. Mit Tee-Intus wirst du angeleitet, meditative Enso-Kreise zu malen. Wenn du voll ins “Kreisen” kommst, darfst du auch gerne bis 20:30 Uhr umher-kreisen \ud83d\ude09 (Event endet offiziell 19:30 Uhr)<\/p>\n

    Gong Fu Cha Ceremony & Painting Enso Circles (Watercolor)<\/b>\nStep into the world of Chinese tea culture and the fermented version of it (Kombucha). We’ll appreciate the beauty of the leaves, and mindfully taste the tea through aroma, flavour, and texture. Begin with guided breathing techniques to calm the mind and awaken inner clarity. These simple exercises prepare you to fully immerse in the sensory experience of tea. Also, a short intention-setting ritual will help you connect with yourself and the group while savoring this meditative practice. I a teein-fused state, you’ll be invited to paint enso circles with watercolor. (instructions provided). If in flow, you’re welcome to stay until 20:30! Whereas the official event ends at 19:30.<\/p>\n
