We’re sorry that you can’t attend your booked event—but don’t worry: in many cases you can rebook!
Because we plan with fixed seating and it’s often not possible to fill seats at short notice, the success of our business model depends on the rebooking fees listed below and set out in our T&Cs. We don’t differentiate by reason and treat illness, family emergencies, or other schedule conflicts the same. If you’d like protection against unforeseen events, please note the option of a separate ticket insurance policy (Google keyword: “ticket insurance”).

Our rebooking terms
- ✅ Up to 7 days before the event: free of charge.
- ↪️ Between 7 days and 48 hours: rebooking fee of CHF 10 per ticket.
- ⏳ Between 48 hours and 4 hours: rebooking fee of CHF 20 per ticket.
- ❌ Less than 4 hours before the event or “no-show”: unfortunately no rebooking or credit possible.
Please complete the following form. You will then immediately receive an email with a credit minus the rebooking fee. The credit is valid for one year and you can easily redeem it on your next booking.
