Um den 20. März herum feiern wir die Tag-und-Nacht-Gleiche (Equinox) – den Moment im Jahr, in dem Licht und Dunkelheit im Gleichgewicht sind. Es ist ein natürlicher Wendepunkt: Der Winter verabschiedet sich, die Energie richtet sich langsam wieder nach außen, Wachstum wird möglich.

Die Equinox lädt uns ein, innezuhalten und zu reflektieren:

• Wo erlebe ich Balance – und wo fehlt sie mir?

• Was darf mit dem zunehmenden Licht wachsen?

• Was kann ich loslassen, um Raum für Neues zu schaffen?

In diesem Vision-Board-Event nutzen wir die besondere Qualität der Equinox als innere Ausrichtung. Statt aus dem Kopf heraus Ziele zu setzen, gehen wir zuerst in die Stille und Wahrnehmung.

Wir beginnen mit angeleiteten Atemübungen und einer kurzen Meditation, um das Nervensystem zu beruhigen und ganz im Moment anzukommen. Aus dieser Klarheit heraus gestalten wir ein Vision Board – mit Bildern, Farben, Worten und Symbolen, die deine Intentionen für den kommenden Frühling und Sommer widerspiegeln.

Begleitet wird der kreative Prozess von einer Tasse zeremoniellen Matchas (oder als Matcha Latte mit Hafermilch), der Fokus, Präsenz und eine ruhige Wachheit unterstützt.

Dieses Event ist eine Einladung, deine Vision aus einem Ort der Balance entstehen zu lassen – sanft, ehrlich und getragen von der natürlichen Bewegung der Jahreszeit.

Equinox Vision Board & Matcha Ritual

Around March 20th, we celebrate the Equinox – the moment in the year when day and night are equal. Light and darkness meet in perfect balance. In many traditions, this marks a powerful threshold: a pause between seasons, a moment to recalibrate before energy starts moving outward again.

The Equinox invites us to ask:

• Where am I in balance – and where not?

• What wants to grow as the days become lighter?

• What can be gently released to make space?

In this session, we use the Equinox as an inner compass for creating a vision board that feels aligned, honest, and grounded – not forced, not rushed.

We’ll begin with guided breathing and a short meditation to arrive fully in the body and calm the nervous system. From this centered place, creativity unfolds more clearly: images, words, colors and symbols that reflect what you truly want to nourish in the coming season.

A warm cup of ceremonial matcha (or oat matcha latte) accompanies the process – supporting focus, clarity and a sense of quiet presence.

This is not about setting goals from the mind, but about listening inward and translating that subtle knowing into a visual anchor you can return to throughout spring and summer.
