Von der Schlange zum Pferd – Starte dein Jahr des Pferdes mit Bewegung, Atem und Kreation!

Wir beginnen mit einer belebenden Atem– und Bewegungs-Einheit, gefolgt von einem achtsamen Vision Board-Kreation, begleitet von einer warmen Tasse Matcha Tee. Mit sanften Bewegungen im Stehen und Sitzen wecken wir den Körper, verbinden uns über yogische Atemtechniken mit unserer Energie und kommen durch eine Klangmeditation in die innere Mitte – bis wir schließlich in die Stille finden.

Im Anschluss starten wir durch in den kreativen Prozess. Nach einer kurzen Anleitung hast du den Freiraum, Mixed-Media style mit Magazinausschnitte, Stickers, Mandalas etc. deine Visionen auf Posterpapier zu bringen.

Dieser Vormittag bietet dir Raum zum Ankommen, Auftanken und einen bewussten Start in die erste Woche vom Jahr des Pferdes – perfekt für klare Aussichten im 2026, auch im Chinese New Year im Mondkalender!

Was dich erwartet:

• 10-15 Min. geführte Pranayama- und Stretch-Übungen (keine Vorkenntnisse nötig)
• 5 Min. Klangmeditation & Erdung
• 5 Min. Stille
• 90min Vision Board & Collage Kreation mit Intro von Deiner Gastgeberin. Bei Bedarf unterstützt sie dich durch den kreativen Prozess.
• Zeremonieller Matcha (traditionell oder mit Hafermilch) wird serviert, während du durch Deine Visionen von 2026 fliesst 🙂
• Herzliche, ruhige Ambiente
• Alle Vision Board Utensilien werden gestellt
• idealerweise bequeme Kleidung
• wir werden nicht gross schwitzen
• Umkleideoption vorhanden, keine Dusche

From Snake to Horse: Start your Year of the horse with Breath, Presence and Creation.

Together, let’s rise with clarity, calm, and a touch of green!

Join us for a Yoga & Pranayama session followed by a mindful vision board creating and matcha ritual. We gently awake our bodies with movements in standing and seated postures, connect through yogic breathing techniques to energise our system and centre our minds, followed by some grounding sound meditation that ends in stillness.

Afterwards, we’ll move to the next room for expressing our vision of 2026 – year of the horse – onto a collage board. During or after the process, enjoy a cup of ceremonial-grade matcha – prepared with presence, intention, and gratitude. Choose between a traditional matcha or a matcha latte (oat milk).

The yoga intro followed by an intuitive expression flow through pictures and colors is a space to land, connect, and begin your day in balance – perfect for a fresh start into your chinese new year according to the moon calendar.

What to Expect:

• 10-15 min guided Breathing and Yoga (no experience needed)
• 5 min sound meditation & grounding
• 5 min stillness
• 90min vision Board & Collage creating with intro by your host. More guidance trough-out the process are available if needed!
• Ceremonial grade matcha (traditional or with oat milk) will be served while you envision your 2026 🙂
