 Yoga at PaintLoungeIn our bright studio at Limmatstrasse 73 in Zurich, we invite you to slow down through gentle movement, conscious breathing, and small mindful rituals. Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels – no prior experience needed, just comfortable clothing and curiosity for a mindful pause from everyday life. The practise is grounding with gentle muscular activity, while more intense variations are offered along the way.

Yoga mats and blocks are provided. A changing room is available; there are no showers.
